وَٱلَّذِينَ يُظَـٰهِرُونَ مِن نِّسَآئِهِمْ ثُمَّ يَعُودُونَ لِمَا قَالُوا۟ فَتَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ مِّن قَبْلِ أَن يَتَمَآسَّا ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ تُوعَظُونَ بِهِۦ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ

EnglishSaheeh International
And those who pronounce ẓihār from their wives and then [wish to] go back on what they said - then [there must be] the freeing of a slave before they touch one another. That is what you are admonished thereby; and Allāh is Aware of what you do.

மேலும் எவர் தம் மனைவியரைத் தாய்களெனக் கூறிய பின் (வருந்தித்) தாம் கூறியதை விட்டும் திரும்பி (மீண்டும் தாம்பத்திய வாழ்வை நாடி)னால், அவ்விருவரும் ஒருவரை ஒருவர் தீண்டுவதற்கு முன்னர் ஓர் அடிமையை விடுவிக்க வேண்டும். அதனைக் கொண்டே நீங்கள் உபதேசிக்கப்படுகிறீர்கள் - மேலும், அல்லாஹ், நீங்கள் செய்பவற்றை நன்கறிபவனாக இருக்கின்றான்.

තවද තම බිරියන්ට (කෝපයෙන්) මව යැයි පවසා පසු ව, ඔවුන් පැවසූ ප්‍රකාශයෙන් (මිදී) නැවත හැරෙන්නේ නම්, එවිට ඔවුන් එකිනෙකා පහස විඳීමට පෙර වහලෙකු නිදහස් කළ යුතුව ඇත. මේවා නුඹලාට කවර දෙයක් සම්බන්ධව උපදෙස් දෙනු ලබන්නේ ද ඒවා ය. තවද අල්ලාහ් නුඹලා සිදු කරන දෑ පිළිබඳව අභිඥානවන්ත ය.

جو لوگ اپنی بیویوں سے ﻇہار کریں پھر اپنی کہی ہوئی بات سے رجوع کرلیں تو ان کے ذمہ آپس میں ایک دوسرے کو ہاتھ لگانے سے پہلے ایک غلام آزاد کرنا ہے، اس کے ذریعہ تم نصیحت کیے جاتے ہو۔ اور اللہ تعالیٰ تمہارے تمام اعمال سے باخبر ہے.

Tafsir of 58:3

Az-Zihar and the Atonement for It Imam Ahmad recorded that Khuwaylah bint Tha`labah said, "By Allah! Allah sent down the beginning of Surat Al-Mujadilah in connection with me and `Aws bin As-Samit. He was my husband and had grown old and difficult. One day, he came to me and I argued with him about something and he said, out of anger, `You are like my mother's back to me.' He went out and sat with some of his people. Then he came back and wanted to have sexual intercourse with me. I said, `No, by the One in Whose Hand is the soul of Khuwaylah! You will not have your way with me after you said what you said, until Allah and His Messenger issue judgement about our case.' He wanted to have his way regardless of my choice and I pushed him away from me; he was an old man.' I next went to one of my neighbors and borrowed a garment from her and went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. I told him what happened and kept complaining to him of the ill treatment I received from `Aws.…
