وَجَآءَتْ سَيَّارَةٌ فَأَرْسَلُوا۟ وَارِدَهُمْ فَأَدْلَىٰ دَلْوَهُۥ ۖ قَالَ يَـٰبُشْرَىٰ هَـٰذَا غُلَـٰمٌ ۚ وَأَسَرُّوهُ بِضَـٰعَةً ۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌۢ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ

EnglishSaheeh International
And there came a company of travelers; then they sent their water drawer, and he let down his bucket. He said, "Good news! Here is a boy." And they concealed him, [taking him] as merchandise; and Allāh was Knowing of what they did.

பின்னர் (அக்கிணற்றருகே) ஒரு பயணக்கூட்டம் வந்தது அவர்களில் தண்ணீர் கொண்டு வருபவரை(த் தண்ணீருக்காக அக்கூட்டத்தினர்) அனுப்பினார்கள். அவர் தம் வாளியை(க் கிணற்றில்) விட்டார். "நற்செய்தி! இதோ ஓர் (அழகிய) சிறுவன்!" என்று கூறினார் - (யூஸுஃபை தூக்கியெடுத்து) அவரை ஒரு வியாபரப் பொருளாக(க் கருதி) மறைத்து வைத்துக் கொண்டார்கள்; அவர்கள் செய்ததை எல்லாம் அல்லாஹ் நன்கறிந்தவனாகவே இருக்கின்றான்.

තවද (වෙළෙඳ) නඩයක් පැමිණියේ ය. ඔවුනට ජලය සපයන්නකුව ඔවුහු එවුහ. එවිට ඔහු ඔහුගේ පනිට්ටුව (ළිඳට) දැමුවේ ය. ‘අහෝ ශුභාරංචියකි. මෙන්න, දරුවෙකි’ යැයි ඔහු පැවසුවේ ය. තවද (ළිඳෙන් පිටත ගත්) ඔවුහු වෙළඳ භාණ්ඩයක් ලෙසින් ඔහුව ද සඟවා ගත්තෝ ය. තවද ඔවුන් සිදු කරන දෑ පිළිබඳව අල්ලාහ් සර්ව ඥානී ය.

اور ایک قافلہ آیا اور انہوں نے اپنے پانی ﻻنے والے کو بھیجا اس نے اپنا ڈول لٹکا دیا، کہنے لگا واه واه خوشی کی بات ہے یہ تو ایک لڑکا ہے ، انہوں نے اسے مال تجارت قرار دے کر چھپا دیا اور اللہ تعالیٰ اس سے باخبر تھا جو وه کر رہے تھے.

旅客们来了,他们派人去汲水,他把水桶缒下井去,他说:啊!好消息!这是一个少年。他们秘密地把他当作货物,真主是全知他们的行为的。

Tafsir of 12:19

Yusuf is Rescued from the Well and sold as a Slave Allah narrates what happened to Yusuf, peace be upon him, after his brothers threw him down the well and left him in it, alone, where he remained for three days, according to Abu Bakr bin `Ayyash. Muhammad bin Ishaq said, "After Yusuf's brothers threw him down the well, they remained around the well for the rest of the day to see what he might do and what would happen to him. Allah sent a caravan of travelers that camped near that well, and they sent to it the man responsible for drawing water for them. When he approached the well, he lowered his bucket down into it, Yusuf held on to it and the man rescued him and felt happy, يبُشْرَى هَذَا غُلاَمٌ ("What good news! Here is a boy.") Al-`Awfi reported that Ibn `Abbas commented, "Allah's statement, وَأَسَرُّوهُ بِضَعَةً (So they hid him as merchandise), is in reference to Yusuf's brothers, who hid the news that he was their brother. Yusuf hid this news for fear that his brothers might kill him and preferred to be sold instead.…
