۞ وَعَنَتِ ٱلْوُجُوهُ لِلْحَىِّ ٱلْقَيُّومِ ۖ وَقَدْ خَابَ مَنْ حَمَلَ ظُلْمًا

EnglishSaheeh International: And [all] faces will be humbled before the Ever-Living, the Self-Sustaining. And he will have failed who carries injustice.

JapaneseRyoichi Mita: かれらの顔は，永生し自存する御方の御前でうつむいているであろう。そして罪業を負うものに，浮ぶ瀬はない。
ChineseMa Jian: 罪人们将对永生自立的主宰表示谦恭，背负罪恶者，确已失望了。

Tafsir of 20:111

The Intercession and the Recompense Allah, the Exalted, says, يَوْمَئِذٍ (On that day) the Day of Resurrection, لاَّ تَنفَعُ الشَّفَاعَةُ (no intercession shall avail.) meaning with Him (Allah). إِلاَّ مَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ الرَّحْمَنُ وَرَضِىَ لَهُ قَوْلاً (except the one for whom the Most Gracious has given permission and whose word is acceptable to Him.) This is similar to His statement, مَن ذَا الَّذِى يَشْفَعُ عِندَهُ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ (Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His permission) 2:255 It is also similar to His statement, وَكَمْ مِّن مَّلَكٍ فِى السَّمَوَتِ لاَ تُغْنِى شَفَعَتُهُمْ شَيْئاً إِلاَّ مِن بَعْدِ أَن يَأْذَنَ اللَّهُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرْضَى (And there are many angels in the heavens, whose intercession will avail nothing except after Allah has given leave for whom He wills and is pleased with.) 53:26 He also says, وَلاَ يَشْفَعُونَ إِلاَّ لِمَنِ ارْتَضَى وَهُمْ مِّنْ خَشْيَتِهِ مُشْفِقُونَ (And they cannot intercede except for him with whom He is pleased.…
