كِتَـٰبٌ أَنزَلْنَـٰهُ إِلَيْكَ مُبَـٰرَكٌ لِّيَدَّبَّرُوٓا۟ ءَايَـٰتِهِۦ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْأَلْبَـٰبِ

EnglishSaheeh International: [This is] a blessed Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muḥammad], that they might reflect upon its verses and that those of understanding would be reminded.
TamilJan Trust Foundation: (நபியே!) பாக்கியம் பெற்ற இவ்வேதத்தை உம்மீது அருளியுள்ளோம் - அவர்கள் இதன் வசனங்களைக் கவனித்து ஆய்வதற்காகவும், அறிவுடையோர் நல்லுணர்வு பெறுவதற்காகவும்.
SinhalaRuwwad Center: (මෙය) ඔබ වෙත අපි පහළ කළ භාග්‍යමත් පුස්තකයයි. ඔවුන් එහි වදන් පරිශීලනය කරනු පිණිසත් බුද්ධිමතුන් (හොඳ) උපදෙස් ලැබීම පිණිසත් (අපි එය පහළ කළෙමු.)
UrduMaulana Muhammad Junagarhi: یہ بابرکت کتاب ہے جسے ہم نے آپ کی طرف اس لئے نازل فرمایا ہے کہ لوگ اس کی آیتوں پر غور وفکر کریں اور عقلمند اس سے نصیحت حاصل کریں.
JapaneseRyoichi Mita: われがあなたに下した啓典は，祝福に満ち，その印を沈思黙考するためのものであり，また思慮ある者たちへの訓戒である。
ChineseMa Jian: 这是我所降示你的一本吉祥的经典，以便他们沉思经中的节文，以便有理智的人们觉悟。

Tafsir of 38:29

The Wisdom behind the Creation of This World Allah tells us that He did not create the creatures in vain; He created them to worship Him Alone, then He will gather them on the Day of Gathering and will reward the obedient and punish the disbelievers. Allah says: وَمَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمَآءَ وَالاٌّرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا بَطِلاً ذَلِكَ ظَنُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ (And We created not the heaven and the earth and all that is between them without purpose! That is the consideration of those who disbelieve!) meaning, those who do not think that the resurrection and the place of return will occur, but they think that there is nothing after this world. فَوَيْلٌ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنَ النَّارِ (Then woe to those who disbelieve from the Fire!) means, woe to them on the Day when they will be resurrected, from the Fire that is prepared for them. Then Allah explains that because of His justice and wisdom, He does not treat the believers and the disbelievers equally.…
