قَالُوا۟ يَـٰشُعَيْبُ مَا نَفْقَهُ كَثِيرًا مِّمَّا تَقُولُ وَإِنَّا لَنَرَىٰكَ فِينَا ضَعِيفًا ۖ وَلَوْلَا رَهْطُكَ لَرَجَمْنَـٰكَ ۖ وَمَآ أَنتَ عَلَيْنَا بِعَزِيزٍ

EnglishSaheeh International
They said, "O Shuʿayb, we do not understand much of what you say, and indeed, we consider you among us as weak. And if not for your family, we would have stoned you [to death]; and you are not to us one respected."

(அதற்கு) அவர்கள் "ஷுஐபே! நீர் சொல்பவற்றில் பெரும்பாலானதை நாங்கள் புரிந்து கொள்ள முடியவில்லை; நிச்சயமாக உம்மை எங்களிடையே பலஹீனராகவே நாங்கள் காண்கிறோம்; உம் குலத்தார் இல்லை என்றால் உம்மைக் கல்லாலெறிந்தே நாங்கள் (கொன்றிருப்போம்); நீர் எங்களில் மதிப்புக்குரியவரும் அல்லர்" என்று கூறினார்கள்.

අහෝ ෂුඅයිබ්! නුඹ පවසන දැයින් බොහෝමයක් අපට වැටහෙන්නේ නැත. තවද ඔබව අප අතර දුර්වලයකු සේ නියත වශයෙන් ම අපි දකිමු. තවද නුඹේ පවුලේ අය නො වී නම් අපි නුඹට ගල් ගසා මරන්නෙමු. තවද නුඹ අප කෙරෙහි බලවතෙකු නො වේ යැයි ඔවුහු පැවසුවෝ ය.

انہوں نے کہا اے شعیب! تیری اکثر باتیں تو ہماری سمجھ میں ہی نہیں آتیں اور ہم تو تجھے اپنے اندر بہت کمزور پاتے ہیں، اگر تیرے قبیلے کا خیال نہ ہوتا تو ہم تو تجھے سنگسار کر دیتے، اور ہم تجھے کوئی حیثیت والی ہستی نہیں گنتے.

かれらは言った。「シュアイブよ,あなたの言うことをまるで理解出来ない。またわたしたちは,本当にあなたは頼りにならないと思う。あなたの同族(のこと)を考えなかったならば,わたしたちはきっとあなたを石打ちにしたであろう。あなたはわたしたちの間では無力なのである。」

他们说:舒阿卜啊!你所说的话有很多是我们所不理解的。我们的确认为你是我们中的一个弱者,假若不为你的家族,我们誓必辱骂你,你对于我们并非尊贵的。

Tafsir of 11:91

The Response of Shu`ayb's People They said, يشُعَيْبُ مَا نَفْقَهُ (O Shu`ayb! We do not understand) This means that we do not comprehend. كَثِيراً (much) `most of what you say'. Ath-Thawri said, "He (Shu`ayb) was called the orator of the Prophets." As-Suddi said, وَإِنَّا لَنَرَاكَ فِينَا ضَعِيفًا (and we see you weak among us.) "They meant, `You are only one person."' Abu Rawq said, "They meant, `You are despised, because your tribe is not upon your religion."' وَلَوْلاَ رَهْطُكَ لَرَجَمْنَكَ (Were it not for your family, you would have been stoned,) This means, your people. Were it not for their powerful position over the people of Madyan, they would have stoned him to death. Some said that this means with rocks. It has also been said that this means that they would have cursed and insulted him verbally.…
