Surah At-Tawbah, Verse 117

لَّقَد تَّابَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِىِّ وَٱلْمُهَـٰجِرِينَ وَٱلْأَنصَارِ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوهُ فِى سَاعَةِ ٱلْعُسْرَةِ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا كَادَ يَزِيغُ قُلُوبُ فَرِيقٍ مِّنْهُمْ ثُمَّ تَابَ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِهِمْ رَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ

EnglishSaheeh International
Allāh has already forgiven the Prophet and the Muhājireen and the Anṣār who followed him in the hour of difficulty after the hearts of a party of them had almost inclined [to doubt], and then He forgave them. Indeed, He was to them Kind and Merciful.

நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் நபியையும் கஷ்ட காலத்தில் அவரைப் பின்பற்றிய முஹாஜிர்களையும், அன்ஸாரிகளையும் மன்னித்தான் அவர்களில் ஒரு பிரிவினருடைய நெஞ்சங்கள் தடுமாறத் துவங்கிய பின்னர், அவர்களை மன்னித்(து அருள் புரிந்)தான் - நிச்சயமாக அவன் அவர்கள் மீது மிக்க கருணையும், கிருபையும் உடையவனாக இருக்கின்றான்.

නබිවරයාට, දුෂ්කර කාලයෙහි ඔහුව අනුගමනය කළා වූ (මක්කාවෙන්) නික්ම ගිය වුන්ට හා (නික්ම ගිය මක්කා වාසීන්ට) උදව් කළ වුන්ට අල්ලාහ් පශ්චාත්තාපය පිළිගෙන සමාව දුන්නේ ය. ඔවුන් අතරින් පිරිසකගේ හදවත් (වෙනතකට) නැඹුරුවන්නට තිබුණ ද පසුව ඔවුන් කෙරෙහි පශ්චාත්තාපය පිළිගෙන සමාව දුන්නේ ය. නියත වශයෙන් ම ඔහු ඔවුන් සම්බන්ධයෙන් සානුකම්පිත ය; කරුණාවන්ත ය.

اللہ تعالیٰ نے پیغمبر کے حال پر توجہ فرمائی اور مہاجرین اور انصار کے حال پر بھی جنہوں نے ایسی تنگی کے وقت پیغمبر کا ساتھ دیا ، اس کے بعد کہ ان میں سے ایک گروه کے دلوں میں کچھ تزلزل ہو چلا تھا۔ پھر اللہ نے ان کے حال پر توجہ فرمائی۔ بلاشبہ اللہ تعالیٰ ان سب پر بہت ہی شفیق مہربان ہے۔

アッラーは,預言者と苦難の時にかれに従った遷移者たち〔ムハージルーン〕と援助者たち 〔アンサール〕に哀れみをかけられた。その後かれらの一部の者の心は,(その義務の履行から)殆んど逸れてしまった。その時かれはかれらに,哀れみをかけられた。本当にかれは,かれら (ムスリム)に親切であり慈悲深くあられる。

真主确已允许先知以及在困难时刻追随他的迁士们和辅士们悔过。当时,他们中一部分人的心几乎偏邪之后,真主允许他们悔过,真主对他们确是至爱的,确是至慈的。

Tafsir of 9:117

Battle of Tabuk Mujahid and several others said, "This Ayah was revealed concerning the battle of Tabuk. They left for that battle during a period of distress. It was a year with little rain, intense heat and scarcity of supplies and water." Qatadah said, "They went to Ash-Sham during the year of the battle of Tabuk at a time when the heat was intense. Allah knew how hard things were, and they suffered great hardship. We were told that two men used to divide a date between themselves. Some of them would take turns in sucking on a date and drinking water, then give it to another man to suck on. Allah forgave them and allowed them to come back from that battle." Ibn Jarir reported that `Abdullah bin `Abbas said that `Umar bin Al-Khattab was reminded of the battle of distress (Tabuk) and `Umar said, "We went with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in the intense heat for Tabuk. We camped at a place in which we were stricken so hard by thirst that we thought that our necks would be severed. One of us used to go out in search of water and did not return until he feared that his neck would be severed.…
