Surah An-Nisa, Verse 33

وَلِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنَا مَوَٰلِىَ مِمَّا تَرَكَ ٱلْوَٰلِدَانِ وَٱلْأَقْرَبُونَ ۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ عَقَدَتْ أَيْمَـٰنُكُمْ فَـَٔاتُوهُمْ نَصِيبَهُمْ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ شَهِيدًا

EnglishSaheeh International
And for all, We have made heirs to what is left by parents and relatives. And to those whom your oaths have bound [to you] - give them their share. Indeed Allāh is ever, over all things, a Witness.

இன்னும், தாய் தந்தையரும், நெருங்கிய பந்துக்களும் விட்டுச் செல்கின்ற செல்வத்திலிருந்து (விகிதப்படி அதையடையும்) வாரிசுகளை நாம் குறிப்பாக்கியுள்ளோம்;. அவ்வாறே நீங்கள் உடன்படிக்கை செய்து கொண்டோருக்கும் அவர்களுடைய பாகத்தை அவர்களுக்குக் கொடுத்து விடுங்கள்;. நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் எல்லாப் பொருட்கள் மீதும் சாட்சியாளனாக இருக்கிறான்.

(ස්ත්‍රී පුරුෂ) සෑම කෙනෙකුට ම, දෙමාපියන් ද සමීප ඥාතීන් ද අතහැර දමා ගිය දෑ ට, භාරකරුවන් පත් කළෙමු. නුඹලාගේ දිවුරුම් ගිවිස ගත් අය වනාහි ඔවුනට ඔවුන්ගේ කොටස පිරිනමනු. නියත වශයෙන් ම අල්ලාහ් සියලු දෑ පිළිබඳව සාක්ෂිකරු ය.

我为男女所遗产每一份财产而规定继承人,即父母和至亲,以及你们曾与她们缔结婚约的人,你们应当把这些继承人的应继份额交给他们。真主确是见证万物的。

Tafsir of 4:33

وَلِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنَا مَوَالِىَ (And to everyone, We have appointed Mawali) means, "Heirs." Ibn `Abbas was also reported to have said that Mawali refers to relatives. Ibn Jarir commented, "The Arabs call the cousin a Mawla." Ibn Jarir continued, "Allah's statement, مِّمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَلِدَنِ وَالاٌّقْرَبُونَ (of that (property) left by parents and relatives.) means, from what he inherited from his parents and family members. Therefore, the meaning of the Ayah becomes: `To all of you, O people, We appointed relatives (such as children) who will later inherit what you inherited from your own parents and relatives." Allah's statement, وَالَّذِينَ عَقَدَتْ أَيْمَنُكُمْ فََاتُوهُمْ نَصِيبَهُمْ (To those also with whom you have made a pledge (brotherhood), give them their due portion.) means, "Those with whom you have a pledge of brotherhood, give them their share of inheritance, thus fulfilling the ratified pledges that you gave them.…
