Surah An-Naba, Verse 24

لَّا يَذُوقُونَ فِيهَا بَرْدًا وَلَا شَرَابًا

EnglishSaheeh International: They will not taste therein [any] coolness or drink.
TamilJan Trust Foundation: அவர்கள் அதில் குளிர்ச்சியையோ, குடிப்பையோ சுவைக்கமாட்டார்கள்.
SinhalaRuwwad Center: ඔවුහු එහි සිසිල හෝ පානය හෝ රස නො විඳිති.
UrduMaulana Muhammad Junagarhi: نہ کبھی اس میں خنکی کا مزه چکھیں گے، نہ پانی کا.
JapaneseRyoichi Mita: そこで涼しさも味わえず，（どんな）飲物もない，
ChineseMa Jian: 他们在其中不能睡眠，不得饮料，

Tafsir of 78:24

Explaining the Day of Decision and what occurs during it Allah says about the Day of Decision -- and it is the Day of Judgement -- that it is at a fixed time, with a set appointment. Its time cannot be added to or decreased. No one knows its exact time except Allah. This is as Allah says, وَمَا نُؤَخِّرُهُ إِلاَّ لاًّجَلٍ مَّعْدُودٍ (And We delay it only for a term fixed.) (11:104) يَوْمَ يُنفَخُ فِى الصُّورِ فَتَأْتُونَ أَفْوَاجاً (The Day when the Trumpet will be blown, and you shall come forth in crowds.) Mujahid said, "Groups after groups."
