وَكَأَيِّن مِّن نَّبِىٍّ قَـٰتَلَ مَعَهُۥ رِبِّيُّونَ كَثِيرٌ فَمَا وَهَنُوا۟ لِمَآ أَصَابَهُمْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَمَا ضَعُفُوا۟ وَمَا ٱسْتَكَانُوا۟ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ

EnglishSaheeh International
And how many a prophet [fought in battle and] with him fought many religious scholars. But they never lost assurance due to what afflicted them in the cause of Allāh, nor did they weaken or submit. And Allāh loves the steadfast.

மேலும் எத்தனையோ நபிமார்கள், அவர்களுடன் ரிப்பிய்யூன்கள் (என்னும் இறையடியார்களும்) பெருமளவில் சேர்ந்து (அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையில்) போர் செய்தனர்;. எனினும், அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையில் அவர்களுக்கு ஏற்பட்ட துன்பங்களால் அவர்கள் தைரியம் இழந்து விடவில்லை, பலஹீனம் அடைந்து விடவுமில்லை. (எதிரிகளுக்குப்) பணிந்து விடவுமில்லை - அல்லாஹ் (இத்தகைய) பொறுமையாளர்களையே நேசிக்கின்றான்.

නබිවරුන්ගෙන් කොපමණ දෙනෙක්, ඔවුන් සමඟ එක්ව (සතුරන්ට එරෙහි ව) දැහැමියෝ බොහෝ දෙනෙක් සටන් කර තිබේ ද?. එනමුදු ඔවුනට අල්ලාහ්ගේ මාර්ගයේ සිදු වූ දුෂ්කරතා හේතුවෙන් ඔවුහු අධෛර්ය නො වූහ. තවද ඔවුහු දුර්වල ද නො වූහ. එමෙන් ම (සතුරන්ට) යටහත් ද නො වූහ. තවද අල්ලාහ් ඉවසිලිවන්තයින්ව ප්‍රිය කරයි.

بہت سے نبیوں کے ہم رکاب ہو کر، بہت سے اللہ والے جہاد کر چکے ہیں، انہیں بھی اللہ کی راه میں تکلیفیں پہنچیں لیکن نہ تو انہوں نے ہمت ہاری نہ سست رہے اور نہ دبے، اور اللہ صبر کرنے والوں کو (ہی) چاہتا ہے.

どれ程の預言者が,信心深い多くの敬神な衆と共に戦ったか。かれらはアッラーの道において,遭遇したことに気力を落さないで,また弱気にもならず屈しなかった。誠にアッラーは耐え忍ぶものを愛でられる。

有许多先知,曾有些明哲和他们一同作战,那些明哲没有为在主道上所遭遇的艰难而灰心,懈怠,屈服。真主是喜爱坚忍者的。

Tafsir of 3:146

The Rumor that the Prophet was Killed at Uhud When Muslims suffered defeat in battle at Uhud and some of them were killed, Shaytan shouted, "Muhammad ﷺ has been killed." Ibn Qami'ah went back to the idolators and claimed, "I have killed Muhammad." Some Muslims believed this rumor and thought that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had been killed, claiming that this could happen, for Allah narrated that this occurred to many Prophets before. Therefore, the Muslims' resolve was weakened and they did not actively participate in battle. This is why Allah sent down to His Messenger His statement, وَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ إِلاَّ رَسُولٌ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِهِ الرُّسُلُ (Muhammad is no more than a Messenger, and indeed Messengers have passed away before him.) he is to deliver Allah's Message and may be killed in the process, just as what happened to many Prophets before. Ibn Abi Najih said that his father said that a man from the Muhajirin passed by an Ansari man who was bleeding (during Uhud) and said to him, "O fellow! Did you know that Muhammad ﷺ was killed" The Ansari man said, "Even if Muhammad ﷺ was killed, he has indeed conveyed the Message.…
