وَذَا ٱلنُّونِ إِذ ذَّهَبَ مُغَـٰضِبًا فَظَنَّ أَن لَّن نَّقْدِرَ عَلَيْهِ فَنَادَىٰ فِى ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ أَن لَّآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّآ أَنتَ سُبْحَـٰنَكَ إِنِّى كُنتُ مِنَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

EnglishSaheeh International
And [mention] the man of the fish [i.e., Jonah], when he went off in anger and thought that We would not decree [anything] upon him. And he called out within the darknesses, "There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers."

இன்னும் (நினைவு கூர்வீராக); துன்னூன் (யூனுஸ் தம் சமூகத்தவரை விட்டும்) கோபமாக வெளியேறிய போது, (பாவிகள் சமூகத்தை விட்டும் வெளியேறி விட்ட படியால்) அவரை நாம் நெருக்கடியில் ஆக்கமாட்டோம் என்று எண்ணிக் கொண்டார் எனவே அவர் (மீன் வயிற்றின்) ஆழ்ந்த இருளிலிருந்து "உன்னைத் தவிர வணக்கத்திற்குரிய நாயன் யாருமில்லை; நீ மிகவும் தூய்மையானவன்; நிச்சயமாக நான் அநியாயக்காரர்களில் ஒருவனாகி விட்டேன்" என்று பிரார்த்தித்தார்.

තවද මත්සයාට අයත් (යූනුස්), ඔහු කෝපයට පත්ව ගිය අවස්ථාවේ ඔහු වෙත අපි බලය නො දරනු ඇතැයි ඔහු සිතුවේ ය. පසුව ඔහු අන්ධකාරයන්හි සිට ඔබ හැර වෙනත් දෙවිඳෙකු නොමැත. ඔබ සුවිශුද්ධ ය. නියත වශයෙන් ම මම අපරාධකරුවන් අතරින් වීමි යැයි ඇමතී ය.

مچھلی والے (حضرت یونس علیہ السلام) کو یاد کرو! جبکہ وه غصہ سے چل دیا اور خیال کیا کہ ہم اسے نہ پکڑ سکیں گے۔ بالﺂخر وه اندھیروں کے اندر سے پکار اٹھا کہ الٰہی تیرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں تو پاک ہے، بیشک میں ﻇالموں میں ہو گیا.

(你应当叙述)左农,当时他曾愤愤不平地离去,他猜想我绝不约束他,他在重重黑暗中呼吁(说):除你之外,绝无应受崇拜者, 我赞颂你超绝万物,我确是不义的。

Tafsir of 21:87

Yunus This story is mentioned here, and in Surat As-Saffat and Surah Nun. Yunus bin Matta, upon him be peace, was sent by Allah to the people of Nineveh, which was a town in the area of Mawsil in northern Iraq. He called them to Allah, but they rejected him and persisted in their disbelief. So he left them in anger, threatening them with punishment after three days. When they realized that he was telling the truth and that a Prophet never lies, they went out to the desert with their children and cattle and flocks. They separated the mothers from their children, then they beseeched Allah and pleaded to Him, with the camels and their young groaning, the cows and their calves mooing, and the sheep and their lambs bleating, so Allah spared them from the punishment.…
